One Piece - Episode 702

The Strawhat pirates together with Trafalgar Law have reached Dressrosa in the previous chapter and have split up according to their plans. Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and two others entered into a bar and met an old blind man with incredible power.

Fujitora?

Fujitora?

Earlier, Admiral Sakazuki sent a man named Fujitora (looks not disclosed) to go after both Luffy and Law in the island of Dressrosa. There are lots of speculation for the blind man to actually be an Admiral since Fujitora means 'Purple Tiger' in Japanese. This is similar to the current and ex-Admirals, Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru which respectively mean 'Red Dog', 'Blue Pheasant' and 'Yellow Monkey'. Their names which are actually combinations of 'color and animal' may be an indication that Fujitora is a new Admiral, which will replace Aokiji's place.

Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru are all Logia type devil fruit users, which may connote that Fujitora's new skill is also based on a Logia fruit. If the blind man is indeed Fujitora, some have argued that he has the power of gravity seeing how he defeated a bunch of men in the bar by sinking them into the ground, creating a huge black hole. Some also argued that he controls earth since earth would be considered as a Logia type.

Colosseum

When Zoro realised that his Shuusui sword was stolen, he went chasing after a 'fairy' for it. Luffy and the rest went to the colosseum and discovered that the prize for winning would be the Mera Mera fruit (fire Logia) that belonged to his late brother, Ace. The main question is, would Luffy participate in the colosseum and withhold his initial plans of destroying the factory that produces 'Smile' just for the sake of the Mera Mera fruit?

Random thoughts

1. Studying in a university with a highly populated Chinese educated students is not exactly the ideal place for  a 'banana'.

2. Candy Crush Saga is undeniably addictive considering the fact that it is nothing more than a well-developed 'Facebook game'.

3. Food

4. With extra cheese on it

5. When you think you have finally gotten over her, the sight of her brings back all of these uncontrollable emotions.

6. Slacking like a boss

Teh Ais

Teh Ais in Sanggetha's Curry House, MMU

There will often be many days where you ponder upon the meaning of life. What is the main reason of living? Are we destined to achieve great things in life or are we just ordinary souls living a monotonous life? But then, there may be days where we actually figure out what we want to do with ourselves or just experience temporary bliss in accordance with an unexplained lapse of memory. What then could be the possible cause of such an euphoric moment? It is plain and simple. It is none other than 'Teh Ais'.

But isn't the Teh Ais just another drink commonly found in 'mamak' stores? That is up for you to judge. This isn't just a drink; it is a solution, a drug, an addiction (a good one) in resolving all life's problems at least for a while. This "drink" must be from the heavens. Although it may be a simple one to prepare but the combination of tea, delicately poured-into condensed milk, teaspoons of sugar and the drops of ice cubes is to die for.

The Teh Ais isn't only a drink to soothe our often dry throats or to put aside our problems. It is more than that. It is a symbol of unity. How often do we meet up with our old buddies for a chat and not order Teh Ais? Almost never. It is the drink of unity; the drink of friendship. And if you are puzzled or annoyed as to why you have read this incredibly nonsensical post, maybe you should have a Teh Ais. You will feel better, trust me. =D

Random collection of food trips

Ok, back to the photos.

        Row Six, Aeon Melaka
Strawberry ice shavings

Some rice but I have forgotten what exactly

Seafood fried rice

Now this was interesting. Chicken strips with other stuff.

Nasi Ketuk with Chicken Rendang

Kueh Teow

- It was pretty good taste-wise but it is kinda pricy especially for students.

Grandmama Cafe, Pavilion, KL

Last year, mon famille and moi decided to try something new, instead of the usual TGIF on the 5th floor in Pavilion.

Fragrant 3-coloured-rice with Beef Rendang, Fried chicken and kinda big prawns with sambal.

Sangha mian
- The food was quite decent and the rice (above) was quite delicious. Would go there again. KL prices.

George and Dragon Cafe, Johor Premium Outlet

On the way back from Singapore, we took a detour to JPO just for a visit. Stopped by a cafe for lunch. Its decor was pretty interesting, looked a lot like medieval England (in the movies). The portion wasn't so big but what it lacked was redeemed by its taste.

A medieval-looking shield

Pizza

Jacket potato

Caesar salad with deep fried chicken strips

Scones!

Fish fingers as an extra

Pictures

  Forget about the photos.

Back to blogging?

It has been such a long time since I last updated my blog. 3 years ago, I was pretty sure I would have left this blog dead and let it capsize along with the other dead blogs. Guess what? Boredom drove me back here and I am back indefinitely. I doubt I will stick around for long seeing how 'blogging is dead' or perhaps replaced in different forms (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, etc). Nope, not Myspace. Perhaps I am not and never have been the type who loves to write or type stuff out in such a long-winded fashion (trying my best now).

*Time to post some new (old) photos*
